DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Once the overall design has been confirmed and deemed to be compliant, we produce drawings so we can engage external consultants such as engineers (soil, structural, civil etc) and thermal assessor. We also create other plans that will be needed for either Building Permit and/or builder pricing.
