FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Feasibility Studies identify if your project brief can be achieved for your site. The extent of a Feasibility Study will change with each project but will include one or more of the following items:

1. Acquire current copies of the Title, Plan of Subdivision, and any Covenants that relate to the project site.
2. An onsite measure (to establish detailed attributes of the site and affected buildings),
3. A Feature and Level survey by a Licenced Land Surveyor (to establish the external physical attributes of the site),
4. A Title Re-establishment survey by a Licenced Land Surveyor (to identify your legal boundaries),
5. Acquire property information from the local council (e.g. property information, existing plans for all official structures on site, Legal Point of Discharge for stormwater).
