Located in Footscray, this single storey home and detached study is a reflection of getting bang for your buck on a small narrow site.

 

Whilst appearing relatively simple as a floorplan, it was a challenging project to design. The site measures just over 6 metres wide and our client request was for a 3-Bedroom dwelling along with an additional studio to the rear.

With innovative design and ongoing negotiations we were able to meet our clients brief in full. The addition of multiple skylights lead us to nickname this project 'Starlight'.​
