MASTERPLANNING

A Masterplan provides a basic overview the spaces of your project. Typically strong in colour, these plans are designed to be quickly amended until the major elements of the project are allocated to your satisfaction. A Masterplan will look at some or all of the following components:

1. The relationship of the proposal to existing conditions (both on and off site),

2. Connection with desired spaces (the flow), accessibility, air-flow, solar access etc,

3. Compliance with national, state, and council requirements (e.g. parking, setbacks).

Masterplans generally do not include: elevations, 3D images, construction details.
