Conversion and renovation
The brief was to convert an existing rustic double garage with mezzanine into a modern living space with scope to improve accessibility as time progressed. The original construction method was post and beam utilising reclaimed timber power poles and our goal was to pay homage to this by keeping some of the original build elements exposed, including the beautiful timber rafters and trusses.
