Period renovation and extension
Located in Footscray, this single storey home and detached study is a reflection of getting bang for your buck on a small narrow site.
With innovative design we met our clients brief in full. The addition of multiple skylights lead us to nickname this project 'Starlight'.
Whilst appearing relatively simple as a floorplan, it was a challenging project to design. The site measures just over 6 metres wide and our client request was for a 3-Bedroom dwelling along with an additional studio to the rear.
